Seems to be a DC 22 trap (or something) on the bridge to the boss, but it doesn't seem to come up as a red patch on the gorund, nor is it visible in the combat log. It appears as "Someone" in the combat log. It also didn't activate until several seconds after stepping on that spot.

So where is this quest?

I think this happens as a result of a freak lag accident, or some other very obscure bug. I'm going to lock this, as I've just scanned over the quest and have no clue what it was. Just make a new thread if this happens again.
