My name is Lenin Halfsword, and I am a member of the commonwealth in this fair city. I am an ordinary man, but I wish to rise above that to aid the city in it's fullest. I have spoken with other Councillors regarding certain topics, and I would like to speak with you, good sir. If you happen to have a few moments to speak to a member of the commonwealth, I would be much abliged to speak with you concerning the city, and the people in it.
