I don't know if it's a bug or intentionnal, but when my cleric memorizes spells of his domain, he cannot cast the healing spells for those slots if he so chooses, whereas the spells common to all clerics can be transformed into healing at any time.

It's just how it is, no way to fix it.

Spontaneous casting does not work with domain spells. Not a bug.
