I've found myself playing Final Fantasy XI a bit again and I'm worried that it my consume my soul once again trapping me in my prison of everlasting grinding and xp.

Change is healthy, well, sort of. Relatively speaking. Let the desire flow, then when it's over destroy the trash that is MMORPG Final Fantasy games. Then, resume your position at your computer.

If you like vast expansive terrain almost comparable to real life distances, forced team work, the ability to speak to communicate (if a little crudely at times) with individuals who don't speak your language, its pretty damn good.

It's gotten somewhat easier since I got back, but still a challenging game, where you'll need to learn the economy to get by. It's not for everyone though.

And yes I'm still lurking about on the forums!
