Here is the original proposal I sent to the previous term:

Sanctuary Shelter - Proposal

The list of persons initially pledged to volunteer their time and services at the Shelter are:

* Lucius Westmore * Millard Morwegen * Hogan of Holderk * Snorri Gotrekson * Private Lerzon * Ordinant Mirrabella Merribuck

I am very sure that once the Shelter is begun that others will be inspired to assist.

Priority of implementation of services: 1. Free short term housing and assistance for new arrivals to Sanctuary //Level 2-3// 2. Facilities to minister to ill or injured citizens, 2-10 beds - space allowing. Later 10-20 beds - space allowing. 3. Private quarters and storage of medical and personal supplies for Shelter personnel. 4. Development of medical research and education center focusing on disease, plague and conditions requiring mundane surgery. 5. Development of psychological assessment and rehabilitation facilities, including lockable quarters for severe cases.

Of course, I will be continuing to recruit and interview potential volunteers to add to the existing Shelter staff.

Councilor Donrick,

I am pleased to announce that there is over five thousand coin allocated in the bank for the Shelter, and I have heard that good Councilor Fizzwiggle's auction produced an impressive sum that is earmarked for the Shelter.

Rumors put this amount at about fifteen thousand coin, which would make over twenty thousand coin available at this time.

However, I am sure that if the Shelter is approved, that fund-raising will be significantly increased. I already have several ideas bouncing around in my head to raise more funding!

I am pleased to announce that the Mithrilsoul Company now numbers eight individuals and that they will lend their support in these efforts as if they were their own. Several other goodly citizens have pledged support, and I predict that these offers will only increase if word of the Shelter being opened is announced.

I am happy to be the first to say, that voting has concluded, and your proposal has been passed with majority verdict. I shall see if there is any paperwork left to complete, before I pass along the keys, and let you begin work. The current funds you have collected with be a great help towards transforming the Chapterhouse into your shelter. I shall also get in touch with Clerk Riddle, and inquire as to the whereabouts of the late Councilor Fizzwiggle's auction proceeds. I would like to meet with you in the near future, to speak with you concerning a little project I'd like to see completed, that you may be able to assist me with.
