Terribly sorry about my hasty dash from our discussion, but duty calls me to heal all of those in need. I could not so directly violate the oaths that I have taken with the graceful Lord Ilmater. That being over with, we can continue our discussion by either pen or by tongue- both of mine are far too prone to continue endlessly!

There are three issues that I heard raised. They are: Food, Defense, and Labor. The first, it should be realized, is not a problem but it may provide a possible solution for the third issue. The second is a difficult one, considering our lack of expertise in the matter. And the last, this is the most challenging of all. My only solution is only a temporary fix, the Lower Renewal Project can only slow the rapid decline of Lower's economy and lack of labor, it will not fix it.

That's all I've got. I've been pondering this as I walk the streets, healing the people. Pulling together our ideas would be a fine idea, so let it be done. We'll meet again soon.
