No particular instance prompted this, just came across it, and as I have not even thought of level diffrence's when considering pvp in some time, I thought I would shove it to the top of the stack....

I would also like to mention that in even in lower and with monstrous races running around (kobolds, goblins, etc) you still need a DM present when NPC's are around.

I was involved with an incident where someone initiated pvp with me and another. I don't recall a DM being present, usually noticeable when an NPC emotes something.

Please, please, please, wait for DM confirmation before you go whacking at other players.

If you don't get a DM and you PvP someone in an area full of NPC's, you will be banned.

Sometimes DMs don't emote the NPCs, I got DM approval without any NPC moving about me attacking a kobold.

Uh, no. It was another player as he was talking and all kinds of stuff with us. Then logged when I said that he needed a DM present, logging in with a different character about 5 minutes later.

Oh, weird. Must have been a bad day for kobolds!

When is it ever a good day for kobolds? :(
