As of this morning, the necromancer has been declared an Enemy of Sanctuary. Agent Petrov will soon be sending you a list of his conspiritors and supporters. I was hoping your men could deal exclusively with these names, whilst the Agents of the Spellguard lead the charge against the necromancer himself. I'd like to see as much evidence gathered on these men, before they're brought to trial. I want this done properly, as without solid evidence to back the charges it is all too likely that some may walk free.
On a side-note, how are you and your men progressing with the list of changes you'd like to see? I await it eagerly!
