What is wrong with the Rhunyorn Arms? A family business, run by two brothers. I am sure they can cater to your needs, by assisting in establishing a base of operations for your business.

However, if you believe yourself above renting of such people, please send a missive, outlining your business plan (remembering to specify how exactly you hope to assist the city), so that we might look over it and decide upon whether or not it would be fitting to rent one of our limited pieces of property to you.

Councilor Donrick, Rhunyorn Arms is still officially there property, they can manage it at a will, and increase prices etc. While They are business men, such as myself, I prefer a certain degree of privacy in my operations (Not to mention they have a key to every room there, so it isn't precisely private, at all.)

I hope to assist the city in investing in businesses, and aspiring merchants so as to promote competition and the general wealth of the city. We also wish to assist the Council in finding new trading partners beyond that of the Shadow Tribe.

We also hope one day to clear the abandoned mines and set up an outpost in the area in order to provide safe passage for adventurers and Trade Caravans alike. The Blue Mushroom inn can be a valuable trade outpost as well, but the Svifneblin Ambassador I contacted has sadly perished, and has not been raised to my knowledge. We will also fund expeditions into the underdark in order to locate our own source of metal- so as not to rely on the Shadow Tribe for such commodities.

The House will also Donate freely to organizations such as the Beacon, Orphanage, and hopefully the Faenor's dream of a house of healing. In fact, the Property I wish could double as such.

I assure the Council that I will have no problems paying the rent for the properties if they are not above 1500 gold a month ((RL time)). The Properties that are up for purchase will depend on the pricing of said property.
