My fellow Sancturians.

I come before you today, to announce your elected Council's latest decision. This decision, is in regards to a currently active criminal, of whom I am sure you are all aware.

This criminal's name, is Aleczumberzeil te Esoterotept. He is responsible for the deaths and reanimation of members of both the Spellguard and Seekers, as well as other members of Sanctuary's citizenry.

It is on this day, Eleint 6th, that Aleczumberzeil te Esoterotept is named an Enemy of Sanctuary, for all his crimes against Our fair Sanctuary.

From this day forward, it is now illegal to conspire with this abomination. Any and all found conpiring, or assisiting him, in any way will be swiftly arrested and charged with the Capital Crime of Conspiracy. His chokehold of terror over our citizens is over.

Any and all of you with information on this.. creature, should make yourself known to the Watch or Spellguard.

He will no longer murder Our citizens, and raise them as his minions.

He will no longer cause Our people harm and suffering.

He will no longer strike fear into the hearts of the common man.
