Letter to the Council

Esteemed Councilors, I wish to appear before the council in private to discuss a matter of some importance. I hope the brevity of this letter will speak volumes as to its value to me, as I as much as anyone have a penchant for verbosity. I will seek you out at my earliest convenience.

P.S. I will require one easel.

-Karlston Brass

Karlston,

Finding the entirety of the Council together may be difficult, but you should be able to find at least two or three Councilors together within a relatively short period of time. You are of course welcome to bring forth your concerns to the Council; I believe we have a number of easels available in the Town Hall, though some may be in storage.

~V.S.

Friend,

Have I ever denied you your grandiose speeches?
