Congratulations on your appointments, and in Master Crowshire's case, your re-election!

I am elated at the possibility that I can now move forward with my dream of founding the Sanctuary Shelter. I am hopeful that I will have the full support of House Fireheart and House Donrick, and likely with their noble example, other houses will likely assist when they realize their obligation to the people.

Councilor Sunellar, I was quite pleased to see that you wished to support my proposal in your campaign pledges, and would meet with you or the Council as a whole to initiate this process.

Also, you should all be informed that I am no longer a member of the Stoutheart Clan, and that I do not care to discuss the particulars of the situation as it is against the custom of our people.

By all means, Breena. If you could provide a brief missive to the Council concerning what has already been accomplished and what you believe you still need to do in order to found the Shelter, it would likely enable us to work more swiftly when we meet in person.
