Greetings. I am Vrurca, and am quite new to the city. In the search for the guild, I have found that your order acts as regulation and enforcement for the baronial art of wizardry. As such, I appeal for full documentation of what capacity's and powers the Spellguard fills. I would also be, if at all possible; interested in meeting with an agent at a future date.
