I see that you are having a benefit for the Sanctuary Shelter. I would ask if that was the same facility that I have sent a proposal to the Council about?

Also, I wonder if there is any mention in the Councilor's will about an amount of coin set aside for my project. He pledged a very generous sum, and I would think that such an efficient individual would have made provisions to keep that pledge in the case of his untimely demise.

There was no other mention in the late councillor's will of this Shelter, however, he changed his will to include this auction just days before his passing, which I presume would be not to long after he said this to you?

All profit made from the auction will be donated to the Shelter, and it will approximately be a very generous sum indeed.
