My name is Connar Marlson and I am a warrior priest in service to Helm. I have seen your messages placed on the doors of this building seeking. I would meet with you to discuss your ideas, and see what it is you would see done with this building. I have heard much of this buildings troubled past and that of lower as well and feel I have some skills that might prove of great use in ensuring that lower is made not only able to protect itself but that its people no longer suffer any ill. Helm teaches that to up hold those who might not be able to defend or care fully for themselves is of greatest importance and considering the somewhat chaotic nature of lower a place where folk can come to be safe and find shelter in hard times would serve doudtless not only your purpose but many of my own beliefs and ideals.
