Hello. My name is Gusto Quinteras, and I write on behalf of Kin.
He wanted me to tell you events occured today. The Spellguard and him got into some type of confrontation, and he proceeded to spit on one of them. They retaliated with magical assault. He attempted to defend himself with his bow, but was subdued and thrown into the stocks where he was pelted with numerous pieces of rotted fruit. I attempted to prevent them from pelting him, seeing as the situation had gotten entirely out of hand with the response to your addled friend's actions.
He was released shortly afterwards, and proceeded to attack a female Spellguard agent that had assaulted him with both magic and then fruit. He was subdued yet again.
I am unsure what transpired after this. He was later released, and wanted me to write this to you.
You can address me a reply here at the Inn, and I will relate it to your friend when I next see him. I seriously suggest you find some sort of arrangements for your impaired friend as he is risking his life by acting in this manner.
