Letter to the Seekers

Seekers of Freedom and Surface

Due to a recent threat to running for Council and Mausoleum care taker, Leonard Merrickson, a potential madman has threatened to slay innocent life if he does not back down from the Council. The Watch can take care of the problem in Upper Sanctuary by guarding the streets, an entirely different problem presents itself in lower.

With no -real- defense organization in lower, Children, and loners are at potential risk at being slain by this madman. The Watch has suspects, one's I will disclose in private.

I ask that Seeker organization, along with My retainers, and the Stoutheart clan, make routine patrols through lower in order to discourage the illicit practice of murder.

I also request keeping an eye on Doisul, a Crone Employee, he is suspected at being in the employ of the madman and bombing the Mausoleum.

I find this threat a sickening display at how politics can get nasty, I merely request that you inform the Watch of anything unusual you might have find.

That is all.

~Lord Allivarn Fireheart, Priest of Waukeen.

Dear Fireheart,

Thank you for your informative letter. We will increase our vigilance when we walk the streets of Lower. The last thing anyone wants is children to be harmed. The election is usually a troublesome time in Upper, we understand that, and we wish you well with your democratic voting process. We hope any problems will not spill into Lower.

Please understand that we will not tolerate any intervention from Upper, even at election time. If your men attempt to patrol the streets, they will be sent packing. Likewise your laws do not apply here, and Doisul or any other Lower residents will be protected from Upper incursions with due force.

Thank you for your concern, it is hearting to hear that people in Upper still think about our safety.

- Seeker Yvonne Rhune.

Seekers of Freedom and Surface,

My House is completely neutral behind the troubles between Upper And lower Sanctuary, we will not force entry where we are not wanted, and will make every attempt to be as confidential as possible. We won't be standing guard, far from it, it will be a mere routine movement through lower Sanctuary. My men do not have the man force- nor the time to do such. We do not support upper, nor lower, and have a biased against the spellguard. We will not make any citizen's arrest, and any criminals we happen to apprehend will be promptly be sent to the Hoaran temple, not dragged to upper to be tried by upper courts.

Waukeen's blessing

~Lord Allivarn Fireheart.
