[Jacelyn can often be seen campaigning in Lower, passing out food to those that ask him. He reminds people that they can vote too in the Upper elections, and promises to use Upper funding on the Seekers, who help all of Sanctuary, especially Lower. He has a friendly, offbeat manner, usually calling passing strangers his dear friends. He wears nondescript clothes, and has a few smears of dirt on his face during his campaign. When asked for coin, he gives a small amount, saying that it was 'filched' from a rich Upper man]

He says there is no better choice, and they should seize every opportunity that presents itself to fight the Spelltyrants. He invites the druidic community to write to him, either at the Last Stand or the Pissing Crone Inn with further enquiries about his policies. On leaving, he urges them to continue their fight for balance, and returning Dunwarren to its natural order.]

Vote Jacelyn Cleft! I will fight to return Seeker funding, regardless of where they choose to stay, so they may continue their good work in freeing captured slaves, and finding the surface! I ask how many of you would be alive and well in Sanctuary if it were not for the efforts of the Seekers in freeing slaves from their malevolent captors.

I certainly would not be a free man if it were not for them, and I know many, many others would not be as well. Vote for me, if you still hold a hope in your heart of seeing the first rays of dawn, light up a forest of trees around you.

A vote for Jacelyn Cleft is a lost vote. None of his current propositions will never be passed as he seems to live in the past! He would simply push papers around with your money as the other four councilors administer the city. Until he changes them, he wont achieve anything.
