My name is William Donrick and I ask you to trust in me once more.

Long has the Donrick name been known throughout Sanctuary, from the early years until the present day. Long has the city been my home, and that of my forefathers.

It is time I gave something back, through Unity and Strength of Leadership.

I do not have "policies", like other Candidates. I have promises.

• I promise, not only to make myself available to speak with citizens, but to listen to each of their pleas and do everything within my power to see their ideas put into action, to benefit Our Sanctuary.

• I promise to see that Breena Watchever's Shelter proposal recieves all the Council assistance that it can, in order to have a place of medical treatment for our sick and injured, for the benefit of Our Sanctuary.

• I promise to keep the Watch as our premier border defence, calling on the Spellguard only for crimes and threats dealing with magic, keeping them out of the day to day defence of Our Sanctuary.

• I promise to keep the citizens aware of proposals sent to the Council, in way of a public forum, so that their say may be taken into account, for the betterment of Our Sanctuary.

• I promise to found a Museum of Sanctuary, to properly display relics of past ages, to pay homage to our forefathers. Those who made the continued existence of Our Sanctuary possible.
