I am sorry for the delay of this reply private, this business with the knucklebones has left me little time for other than my duties.

After properly concidering your letter I can now see that I have perhaps been too judgemental of Councilor Reynolt, I simply had a difficult time accepting his words after reviewing his extensive criminal record. I know that many men can reform and lay down their lifes of crime and hopefully it shall be so with our friend the Councillor. It is my sincere hope that his past does not catch up with him while he sits as a councillor in our great Sanctuary so that it may threaten our safety but perhaps he has shown himself to be willing to reform. Good men such as us should believe that not everyone is beyond assistance and perhaps through our mutual assistance we shall be able to keep Reynolt on the path of good and righteousness so that his life in the future shall be great and fulfilling and without the criminal elements he favored in the past.

I thank you for your letter and hopefully we shall be able to discuss the matter further soon, feel welcome to send me further correspondence on the matter if you would perhaps require any aid on how to deal with proper correctional methods and such. Reynolt is indeed lucky to have men such as yourself willing to take time from their busy schedules in order to look after him, I salute you private.
