Council decree A Councilor or Watchman of Sanctuary may rent out the Frederick Hall Auditorium to any interested group so long as schedules are coordinated and do not clash, and the following fees are followed:

Closed rehersal - 50 gold coins per hour Public performance - 100 gold coins per hour

The Council and Watch would have access to a key each.

Any statues or plaques to Ubel are to be freely donated to the Shrine of Ascension; they will be in storage elsewhere in the hall once it is renamed and open.

One auditorium, one small conference room, and one large conference room are available.
