I would ask that all citizens of this fair town of Sanctuary and it's assorted wards and municipalities, recognize that we have long stayed relatively safe from our countless enemies.

It is through benevolent beings like Arvoreen, The Defender that we have been afforded the will power and determination to maintain our vigilance against these forces and keep constant in our training and inspection of our defenses.

May you all appreciate these things that we have been given through hard work and the will of The Wary Sword.
