I just wanted to remind people about this thread. People who do not do a good job of RP'ing the obligations that a character which receives divine spells has towards a deity will develop spell failure through an IC process.

This is not the Dms being mean, or unfair, or anything other than doing our job in terms of maintaining the standards of our server and roleplaying the deity-NPCs.

Clerics, paladins, druids, etc. need to be doing a really good job of promoting their deity's faith. Going on quests and maybe mentioning the deity from time to time is not sufficient in EfU to keep receiving amazing magical powers.

We are happy to discuss this, but please do not be surprised or take it personally if you find your character losing spells.
