The following are placed throughout Sanctuary:

-Valaron Sunellar stands in full support of the Sanctuary Watch and Sheriff Azrus Azzam. He will work to ensure the procurement of the requisite funding, resources, and support necessary for the Watch to continue in its duties, and will encourage any expansion of Watch duties, if appropriate and sensible.

-Valaron Sunellar does not stand in full support of the Order of the Spellguard, but neither does he seek the dissolution of the current dictates and duties of the Order. He will not work fully or completely with the members of the Spellguard Order, and he will monitor their activities carefully for any signs of corruption or abuses of power, but he will not interfere with the Spellguard or restrict their funding as long as their applications of their duties remain legitimate and proper.

-Valaron Sunellar supports the fulfillment of the final term of the New Dunwarren reunification agreement; specifically, the appointment of a citizen's tribunal to judge any criminal trials involving Sanctuary Councilors as defendants. This stipulation of New Dunwarren's reunification has been left neglected and ignored by the Council, and its resolution is necessary to show that the Council is capable of honoring and upholding its agreements and commitments.

-Valaron Sunellar will propose an initiative to turn the abandoned Seeker's Hall into an adventurer's hall, able to service and reward the ever-growing population of adventurers who are so often responsible for the defense of Sanctuary and the resolution of threats to the city.

-Valaron Sunellar supports the efforts of Breena Watchever to establish a charity hall in Upper Sanctuary to provide for new arrials to Sanctuary, and will work with her to see that her goals for this project are accomplished.

-Valaron Sunellar will host periodic, bi-monthly or monthly public forums, in which the citizens of Sanctuary will be able to meet with their Councilors and other representatives of the city government, speak with them, and openly discuss or debate issues, crises, or problems that face Sanctuary.

-Valaron Sunellar will support increased recognition for the deeds and meritorious acts of the nobility of Sanctuary, the citizens of Sanctuary, and the adventurers of the city. Those who take it upon themselves to give greatly to Sanctuary-whether it be through coin, through the establishment of institutions and organizations that have a lasting influence on Sanctuary, or through the shedding of blood in the city's defense-should be rewarded, memorialized, and remembered for their actions.

-Valaron Sunellar will ensure that those who rise up as the greatest heroes of Sanctuary and save our city from grave, imminent danger are given the accolades, praise, and recognition that are their due-not simply shunted aside and forgotten.

-Valaron Sunellar will support the continued renovation and alteration of the existing Mausoleum to ensure that Sanctuary's dead are treated with the respect and care they deserve.

-Valaron Sunellar will not abandon his position after a few weeks of service, and will continue to uphold the tenets of the position throughout his term.

-Valaron Sunellar will support and work to encourage increased exploration on the part of Sanctuary's adventurers, as a means of locating new resources, new trading partners, and new knowledge of the Underdark around us.

-Valaron Sunellar will not negotiate with slavers, including the kobolds of the Shadow Tribe; he will support a complete dissolution of any current agreements existing between Sanctuary and the Shadow Tribe.

-Valaron Sunellar will seek to assemble a team of assistants that include some of the most beautiful and capable women in Sanctuary, to ensure that those who wish to address the Council may always find a palatable, endearing ear to bend.

-Valaron Sunellar will support and encourage projects to continue the beautification and advancement of the city of Sanctuary, including those related to the arts, factions, and continued expansion of learning, knowledge, and civilization in Sanctuary.
