I was informed that Thelonious and Esmeralda (might of been DM) exist on the quest.
I ask you remove these people due to Rich the Pitiless moving there corpses to the mausoleum.
Thank you.

Oh let them stay, they add flavor to the quest and I like them. If you remove them I'll get all angry because Esmeralda left the world unknown and now the quest gives people an idea of who was in the faction.
-Oh and also they weren't bodies, they are spirits.
Besides there are ways of removing spirits from the fugue even if they are sent there:
If they have no patron deity they can be placed in The Wall, then ripped out by devils and demons.
Their patron deity can fail to claim them at which point Kelemvor claims them, unless a necromancer manages to use them for animation or summoning.
Their patron deity could claim them and then decide that their service is to return to the Prime Material plane and continue to carry out their evil deeds as spirits.
Rich could have improperly carried out the rituals so their spirits are free to roam (not saying you didn't RP this, just that it is a possibility).
Besides in an OOC manner sometimes it is cool to give tribute to characters by doing something like this. I mean really, how are all of the heads on the pikes not rotting? They don't rot because it is cool to have that part of the server's history visible for players.
Let them stay I say.
Suggestion noted, but denied. It's a nice little perk for players that worked in the faction to the gruesome, bloody end.
Yeah! Let them Stay. Thelonius was scary (and tough) enough when he was alive...Now, after seeing him slaughter most of our party in Undeath I can't even sleep at night...
-Kalos
I think its a great perk for a player to be remembered and added to the server...Hats off to the DM team for rewarding their fine roleplay.
OMG SPOILER. No, really.
I mean, I wanted to use this quest as an example of sorts. Contribute enough to the server and I have no problem finding a way for your PC to be remembered in one way or another in the module.
They are just spirits anyway, not actual bodies.
