What is the deal with the whole half-orc lineage if it's diluted by generations of more humans? Like, what would a quarter-orc or eighth-orc be? Would it be noticeable in their features? Would they count as humans? Sup, I guess, is what I'm asking.

Half-orcs are sterile and can't reproduce, so it doesn't become an issue really.
