I'd love to hear some suggestions for plot ideas for the Stoutheart Clan. The numbers are in the 5-6 range right now, and looking to add more if we can.
Just trying to draw on the tremendous creative resources here in the community, and pick a few that we hope will be fun for us and add to the server in a positive way.
Please PM me with any ideas you might be able to share with us, or even create a dwarf and join the faction to bring your ideas with you.
Will really appreciate anything constructive, thanks.

One thing I'd like to see is just a more public voice to the dwarven community. Myself, I've never played a dwarf and so much of the dwarven culture and history that's been expanded upon by players in EfU is foreign to me. That doesn't mean I don't want to know more about it, as a player, and as most of my characters.
In addition, how about a friendly feud with the School of War? Dwarves are a people of warriors; it stands to reason that they'd have something to say about a -School- of War, though what that would be is up to the dwarves and their players.
Finally, beard competitions. Come on. Exercise your inner LTS.

How about finding a new clan home in the underdark?

I'd love to see more political representation for the Dwarves. As it stood, the Stouthearts were not very vocal. They had immense oppurtunities with Barak Tor, when they were in large numbers. And yet, they seemed to have little impact upon the server. It was dissapointing! Trying to get Councillors elected, being vocal about Dwarvern matters. Attempting to have artisans sort out Sanctuary's building troubles. The oppurtunies are immense, and if done correctly could make a very interesting aspect of the Cities politics? What happens when the Stouts are seen as -the- Dwarvern authority in the City. Can you influence NPCs to vote/act a certain way?
The possibilities are endless.

This one is a double-whammy.
Try and push your members to branch out into Sanctuary society in order to promote the dwarven in the various DM factions:
The council, the Spellguard, the Watch, the Seekers...
The Council makes great sense for a dwarf, needs no explanation.
Other than some racial barriers of joining the Spellguard, a dwarf wizard would most likely feel quite comfortable amongst the technologically advanced, strict and lawful Spellguard!
The Watch also, a nice way to uphold the warrior tradition whilst still promoting dwarven law and custom. Maybe this dwarf could help the Watch and Clan create some kind of "Dwarf Citizen's Militia" where clan members are given some small kind of arresting authority in exchange for... whatever.
Dwarves are all about being superior and are generally not too subtle about expressing their opinion to be so.

There's also the side about mining and making stuff. (if you get my meaning >.>)
Get expeditions to look for..err...minable ore. Hire other players to do that and such.
Look for those stereotypical dwarven smiths, maybe get them together under the banner of that Clan.
Maybe look for other settlements of dwarven people to trade with?

Just promote Dwarven values in all parts of Sanctuary, and the Stouthearts will be all they should be.

Get involve in plots - we got a bunch of Duergar raiders that attacked the gate, a bounty saying the Watch is looking for them and we havent receive one concerned letter from Shield Dwarves around the city :(
