I placed a Warrant on Bug for the murder of two Comely Girls, a crime he committed some time ago but has yet to face justice. I placed this warrant in light of new evidence in the hopes he might finally reaped what he had sown. Unfortunately, I failed to read some "Fine print" in our character and have learned I've no right to place a Warrant.

Councilor announced it a Mistrial, and so I come to you requesting you or another in the Watch place a warrant so we might pursue this case properly.

If any technical details are keeping you from placing this warrant, tell me, and I will do my best to overturn Hastian's judgement.
