Senior Members of the Spellguard,

I am the Chronomancer James Petrov. I was performing an experiment for my master, testing to see if time slowed in the deepest caverns of the earth, when I was captured and enslaved. Now, I find myself here in this city of Sanctuary and I would very much like to continue my research into chronomancy. I've some theories about this city I would like to test and I believe the best way to continue my research is with the support of the Spellguard. To that end I wish to join your order. For the facilities I need to continue my research I would gladly offer my magical abilities in whatever manner you would use them.

I was not overly impressed with what I saw of your Agent Vendrask. Who, as I attempted to glean more information about your order, wished only to test me. Her manner was condescending and I've no interest in entering any organization that treats its supplicants in such a manner. However, I am not fool enough to base my feelings about your organization on the first impression of but one agent. I've read a great deal of history and know that you've much to offer a wizard with the will to bend himself into your circle. To this end I would like to meet with a senior Agent. I stay at the Last Stand and will stop by on occasion to see if one can take time from his research to aid me.
