[Private Brinson, Watch House]

Private,

I find myself in dire need of both information and reassurance, that any creatures similar to those last dark are not about to assault me in my Estate.

Have the Spellguard replied with information on their findings? I would be extremely grateful, were you to send me the details.

    Regards,

~ William Donrick

Sir William Donrick,

I have received the report I asked for from the Spellguard, but I will have to admit it was rather brief and not overly descriptive. The thing that attacked us outside your estate was abberant of nature, and has been destroyed at the hands of the Spellguard. Whether the Society knows about it or not, I cannot say anything for sure, but they should hear of this matter. As soon as I see one of their Ordinants, I will tell what happened and hear what they think of it.

Concerning your safety, I imagine the Donricks have their own trained guards to help with your safety. Also, there are several Privates patrolling the Residental district, more alert than ever due to the recent Slaadi activity. I can assure you, if they see anything that may be harmful, they will give the rest of us a call and deal with the matter.

The strange being that assaulted us were not of a particular stubborn sort, and was quickly beaten down. I would be more concerned with the Slaadi. If your noble estate hear or see anything related to either the Slaadi or the strange thing, please send a report to the Watch house or tell the nearest Private about it.

Private Rodon Brinson

Private,

My thanks for looking into this matter swiftly, you will make a fine Officer of the Watch. As of yet, I've heard not a whisper about the slaadi matter. Should I, however, you've my word you will be the first to know.

I shall contact the Society, and see if they have men enough to speak with me regarding this aberrant sighting. I'm sure they'll be happy to hear it.

Incidently, how are you progressing concerning Morunov's questions? Have you found the letters, or shall I have him send more copies?

    Regards,

~ William Donrick

Sir William Donrick,

If you could ask Morunov to send more copies, it would be greatly appreciated. I have tried to look through the letters we have received but could not find any trace of such a letter, or heard anything of it before you mentioned to me.

Do not hesitate to write again should there be anything.

Private Rodon Brinson

21st Eleasis, Year 152 SR

Private,

Mr Morunov has been made aware of the situation, and will likely be sending copies of the original letters in the near future. Again, my thanks for your assistance with this project. You cooperation will not be forgotten.

Regards,

~ Sir William Donrick
