[The Council, Town Hall]

This message is addressed and delivered to the Council as a whole, as well as being delivered to each Councilor seperately.

21st Eleasis, Year 152

Honourable Councilmembers,

I shall make my missive quick, as I am well aware you are busy people, and there are other matters that demand your valuable attention.

I write regarding the Staff/Curator of the Sanctuary Library, and their whereabouts. Over the past tenday, I have sent them numerous letters, and recieved no reply. This suggests they are indeed missing, and due to our environment, we should realistically presume the worst.

Should they be indeed deceased, I would like to discuss the possibility of having the Library signed over to myself.

As you well know, knowledge is power and there is no greater source of knowledge than a well stocked Library. The Library, in its current Staffless state, is not reaching its full potential, and faces the very real possiblity of falling in disrepair. As a scholar and Historian, greatly interested in Sanctuary's history, you will likely agree that I am one of the most qualified members of the community to take up the Library project, and guide it into a new age of enlightenment.

Kind Regards,

~ Sir William Donrick

An updated letter once again circulates the Council chambers.
