I was trying to set up another forum account to use with my secret account, and it's inactive saying I have to mail in this lengthy parental registration form to activate it?

I may be juvenile, but I haven't even talked to a parental figure in over ten years! Did I just fill out a section wrong and it identified me as a child?

Your age. There is an act/law/thing called the COPPA or something that says kids under thirteen shouldn't be joining online communities or something.
