In an effort to renew the broken streets of Lower, the possessions of the Red Skulls that remain after their suicide are to be sold to hire Lowersmen for reconstruction and renewal projects. Please write a note to Lucius Westmore if you fall in the following catagories:

1) A merchant seeking a contract to sell an enormous number of goods.

2) You have possessions from the Red Skulls left after their passing.

3) You have interest in helping organize the LRP.
