Shelter Proposal to the Council {DM/PC}

Councilors,

I have now had the pleasure to meet most of you, and it seems that there is enthusiasm to begin work towards my dream of helping those in need here in Sanctuary.

Good Councilor Crowshire has requested that I craft another letter to see the current status of this proposal, so here it is.

There are several citizens now offering their help in this missive, yet I have no news to offer them, or even hope at the moment that this will come to pass some day soon.

I will pray daily that you will find it in your hearts to give me the honor to begin work on this noble project.

The citizens that elected you will remember who it was that gave them the opportunity for good medical care at no cost to those without the coin to afford such. I dare say that your names will be listed among the great heroes of this settlement.

Councilor Nikitovitch,

I have heard that you are retiring. Your service to the public has certainly earned that right, and I am sure it is well deserved.

Before you retire, it is my hope that you will empower me to begin work on this dream of mine to help the people of sanctuary with a place of healing, research and training.

It would be a fantastic legacy for this current term of councilors, and a fitting way to end your career in a way that will continue to help the people you have served so selflessly.

A statue or plaque commemorating the Council's wisdom in initiating this Shelter will inform all who enter of your philanthropy and lasting legacy as servant of the people.
