Twinking

-passing items between characters can result in Banning, say the website server Rules.

What if one character sells an item to a PC merchant organization (example, Vile industries) and another buys it for a price equivalent or greater than the usual selling price for that item?

What if there is an open auction where the object is bid for by PCs, can the same player's other character attend and bid?

Is there ANY way for one character to acquire the possession of another that isn't breaking server rules?

While we like to trust our playerbase, a few of the methods you listed can be somewhat dubious.

To simplify things, just don't transfer items between your own characters or accounts- By any means.

If it's something of importance, like a plot item or something unique, you can try to get a DM to oversee things. For example, as part of some plot you're collecting illithid made items, and someone from Vile Industries is selling one from your old PC, then you can try to get a DM to oversee.

However please do this only rarely, and not for routine loot drop items. In those cases, just don't do it!

Please also understand that you the player are desiring the item transfer. If your character X sells the Uberitem, how does your other character Y know exactly where to go to buy it, and at what time, and if it has even surfaced. This is use of OOC information for benefit of your characters, and is not acceptable.

In short: No twinking anything.
