I watched as you honoured the spirits of those who had fallen to the devils before they could turn to the Way and ascend.

This plane has many weak points where the walls between layers of Hell are thin. It seems any place where the fallen rest or where battles have taken place become such places: The School of War, The Mausoleum, the Temple of Hoar, the former Goblin Ward, the Temple of the Red Skull, and many others come to mind.
