The following posters are found throughout Upper and Lower, although the largest concentration of them seem to be in those streets leading to the location of the destroyed Comely Inn.

For those who are not about to accept unsigned slander;

The fire put out at the Comely was not the doing of the Spellguard. but rather an automatic Mechanism of Dunwarren. I know this due to the admittance of the Spellguard Agent's present having no idea what had happened to put it out aside from an Animatron appearing, putting the fire out, and dissapearing without notice or command.

Furthermore, ask yourselves; If the Spellguard held that power, why was it not used in Upper when the Seeker's hall was on fire?

Lastly; There are no laws or creeds preventing the Spellguard from doing their duties in Lower or Upper. It is the Spellguard's own desire to blow up my own advice to, "Consider Lower's Apprehension of Spellguard" out of proportion which caused this. The Spellguard are free to come and go as they please.

Consider that.
