I have noticed the success of your organisation, I find it impressive you have come to a great deal of financial success in such an unstable environment as the Underdark, no doubt you have found it necessary to charge high amounts of interest to make up for the degree of bad debts that results from the numerous deaths and disappearances that occur daily within Sanctuary to keep your enterprise profitable.
