It says in the mechanics changes that item ability bonuses will not stack with spell bonuses.

Does this mean that the changes for races (Such as gold dwarf, wild elf, woodl elf ect) Will not stack with a spell enhancing that ability?

For example a gold dwarf casts eagles splendor on himself, will that stack with the +2 change that adjusts the dwarf's charisma.

Subrace ability bonuses stack will spell ability bonuses and item ability bonuses.

Item ability bonuses do not stack with spell ability bonuses.
