Yes, it is true the Seekers have not found the path of the Way. We are honest people and we will not lie.

We have many leads on which we are working on, though. We have scouts who embark on perilous treks through the Underdark for weeks at a time. We devote all of our meagre supplies to scouting missions or raids on slaving races, always searching and always liberating. Consider those whose slavery was shattered by the bravery of the Seekers; they live amongst us now where they might have been toiling still in the mines of the slavers, broken utterly in body and spirit.

We strive with all we have. We have not forgotten and we will never give up.

We do not sit in the fortress of oppression. We have not descended into madness. We do not embed lies and falsehoods in the desperate people of Lower. We do not lead them unwittingly into a painful death at the end of a poisoned chalice.
