RL creep

Yeah yeah im not meaning rl impinging on efu which happens to me in leaps and bounds (see my recent pic on passing the bar exam in NJ and now having to MOVE there) but the other got damn way around.

case in point: im drafting a motion to dismiss when i type the following.

Assume for the sake of argument Defendant *admitted* to the possession of the blue vial. His statements were made under custodial interrogation without Miranda statements and are inadmissible. Hence the knowledge requirement for constructive possession of the cocaine is unprovable at trial.

(copy and paste)

i wanted to hit myself in the nuts when i read that. if at first you don't see what's wrong with adding that to a motion to dismiss, then you have EFU rl creep as well.

Or are not a lawyer.

I see not the wrong.

Well, it appears he used *admitted* to clarify emphasis. That is not proper stylistic guidelines!

Oh, I wasn't thinking about that kind of wrongs.

yeah i use asterix in game, not on filings!
