I've given sermons lately, stated an interest to recreate the Beacon. Not as a tool of any form of repression, either as the syndicate of Upper's chains through charity, or even the platform for the dissemination of shackling one to the dogma of any single deity.

You have hopefully heard my sermons, more will follow. I'll hand out food, as promised, but go further than the Ilmateri or others who preach about how "broken" Lower is.

Lower is not broken. It is FREE.

With my guidance it will remain free. I've contacted scholars who wish to establish places of learning in the Beacon, I've contacted warriors who will train lowersmen to use weapons and armor--which I currently raise funds to provide every set of hands capable of wielding such with!

Unlike Ilmateri, I do not plan to make the Beacon a place to heal "broken" people. I plan to make it a place to show lowersmen they are strong, and to guide them in resistance against the oppressors. I believe we can make Sanctuary a land where perfect freedom exists, we can shatter all the chains that bind men and women, this is about more than bread and bandages--and that is all the Ilmateri wish to give.

So again, this is why I seek to be named the manager of the Beacon.

The Ilmateri have stirred up news of a new plague, it began in Upper Sanctuary as did the Wailing Death before. The Beacon needs a guide to provide healing. I can provide healing as easily in back alleys as this building you guard, but recognize that the people will trust your word if you support a healer.

With the looming conflict between the Seekers and the Red Skull, the people need a shelter. The Beacon again needs a hand to guide it. Mine is still stretched out.
