I wish to speak to your School. I have pledged to arm and armor the people of Lower Sanctuary, to make them ready for war; to teach them to defend themselves from the predations of others--man or monster.

I will discuss with you fund-raising ideas I wish to pursue, and in return seek your mentors to train the people in the use of the weapons the proceeds will produce.
