I wish to officially declare my bid for the position as Caretaker of the Mausoleum. I have spoke with Caretaker Izarious Patten about this, and gained his recommendation as his replacement. Said recommendation should have been forwarded to you, recently. Further recommendations from notable watchmen and citizens are available upon request.

I intend to renovate the building significantly, as well as make large repairs to the structure, and expand the second floor to once again be usable. I have toured the building, and can already see ways in which it can be made more efficient, and respectable. I would be happy to discuss these details further, upon request, however I wish to keep this letter brief.

It should also be noted that I bring forward nearly Twenty Thousand Coins towards the renovations and repairs, if given this position.
