the description of Trandra NPC at Shrine Ascention is bugged.

Please explain how it is bugged.

When I look at description, have few words and some control caracters, like squares and so on.

Strange, when checking it out from the toolset it looks fine. Although I retyped it by hand so whatever it was shouldn't appear in-game.
