I am looking for property to rent. My intention is to establish a small business in Lower that would sell books, antiquities, and provide scribe's services. For too long has Upper had a total monopoly on all such institutions. The people of Lower must be allowed the opportunity to educate themselves and express their own perspective free from the interference of Upper establishments.
