Would you be kind enough to make available to me three Library Keys? Master Archie Blatz has been corresponding with me about a position on the Library Staff, and I have interviewed him personally.

I believe Mr. Blatz has been corresponding with you as well in regards to a position. In order for the Library to grow and fulfill its potential as a provider of first-rate scholarship and research to benefit all Sanctuarians, I believe we need active Library Staff Members willing to handle the soon to be advertised Submissions (Dept.), Acquisitions (Dept.), and Research Departments of the Library. I cannot do it all alone - the workload is potentially enormous.

I intend to give the first key to Mr. Blatz so that he may start on Staff immediately on promoting and maintaining Submissions. I intend to find two more worthy souls to help with the Acquisitions and Research departments of the Library. Keys will be given to these two as well, when I deems them trustworthy and capable of handling the job.

If you find this Library Key proposal sounds reasonable to you, could you please leave three keys in the lockbox when it is most convenient to you, sir?
