[To the Council]

* one letter is slipped below the Council Chambers door in the Town Hall *

Leaders,

This town named Sanctuary has no facility to care for the wounded and broken of mind and body that arrive daily. We are quick to imprison and punish these souls when their pain and derangement surfaces, but no effort is made to help them integrate properly into society.

Having lived here in the residential section for nearly sixty years, I have seen various efforts made to help these folk, but most have centered in Lower Sanctuary. That's just silly. The thugs and wild nature of that place has blocked good folk from their work, so I would suggest that it is high time that someone step up and open an institution of this sort somewhere in Upper Sanctuary.

My name is Breena Watchever, and I am a healer of no small skill. I would enjoy meeting with one or any of you Councilors to start a dialogue and maybe help me get this thing off the ground.

You can reach me at the Last Stand Inn.

Faenor Breena

* another letter is sent, this time addressed to Councilor Fizzwiggle *

Councilor,

I was happy to be able to meet you a few days past. I was the Stout priestess of Berronar Truesilver, and we spoke outside the Town Hall, if you recall.

How are you? Is the position of Councilor a difficult one? Are our peoples treated fairly by the humans here do you think?

I sent a letter to the Council about the need for a facility to help those ill of mind or body here in Sanctuary. Perhaps you might see if it is about, and lend me your thoughts on the matter?

Hope to see you again soon,

Faenor Breena Watchever

Greetings again priestess of the mother and child of moradin,

I am not sure what you mean in your letter. What kind of facility are you promoting?. And how will this establishment be funded?. The council is not a unsympathetic one but we have alot of current projects to see through already. Please send a outline and explanation of benefits the building will have aswell as how it will be funded. The petition can be addressed to the council. Thankyou.
