I, Yvonne Rhule, citizen of Lower, hereby formally request an opportunity to read the public trial of Agent Best. I am actively involved in hunting and destroying the remaining thralls that reside in Lower. I have been led to believe that this report would expand my knowledge of the thralls and their capacities.
I am happy to read the document at a time and place of your choosing, and will, at Councillor Fizzwiggle's behest, send a report of any and all thralls found or destroyed.
