Are you aware of any Council records (or otherwise) of who it was that published the Sanctuary Times periodical when it was in public circulation?

Also, are there any records of where copies of each edition might be stored? I seek to acquire copies of this newspaper to be placed on the shelves of the Sanctuary Library, so that posterity may learn the history of this town from many varied perspectives.
